Giving Back
GHTBL has an old habit of organizing benefit games for charitable causes. In recent years, the league has hosted fundraising events at Hartford’s Dunkin’ Park. Here’s a list of donations since 2017:

2020 – $2,000 to Colt Park Foundation

Greater Hartford Twilight Baseball League
The Greater Hartford Twilight Baseball League is Connecticut’s classic summer league. Since 1929, the Twi-loop has sustained a local tradition and a high level of amateur baseball. Our 24-game Regular Season begins in late May followed by a double-elimination Playoff Tournament in August. Most GHTBL players have collegiate experience. 375+ alumni have played professional. Jeff Bagwell, Bernie Williams, Rob Dibble and Ricky Bottalico joined GHTBL before becoming MLB All-Stars.
