HARTFORD – The Greater Hartford Twilight Baseball League (GHTBL) today announced its 27-man roster for the 2026 GHTBL All-Star Game, scheduled for Monday, August 24, at 6:30 PM, at the historic Palmer Field in Middletown, CT.
The roster, which was formed by ballots submitted by each of the league franchise managers, brings together some of the GHTBL’s past performers across the 2026 season. Selected players will represent the GHTBL in both the All-Star Game and Home Run Derby.
The complete roster of players selected to represent the GHTBL is available below (scroll to interract):
Once again, the GHTBL’s All-Stars will square off against the West Haven Twilight League (WHTL) All-Stars. This continues the yearly tradition between two of Connecticut’s longstanding amateur baseball institutions.
Founded in 1929, the Greater Hartford Twilight Baseball League is approaching a century of baseball in the Greater Hartford region, while the West Haven Twilight League has carried on its own tradition since 1933. Together, the leagues represent nearly two centuries of combined amateur baseball history here in Connecticut.
Next week’s matchup at Palmer Field continues that shared tradition, bringing together players from two leagues that have afforded generations of CT ballplayers an opportunity to play competitive, high-quality baseball beyond the high school, collegiate, and professional levels.
The Home Run Derby is scheduled for 6:30 PM on Monday, August 24, at Palmer Field in Middletown. Tickets are $10 at the gate and also available virtually here
